strength training can increase bone density and
reduce the risk of osteoporosis. Manage your
weight: strength training can help you manage
or lose weight, and it can increase your
metabolism to help you burn more calories. We
will have exercise experts who are amazing at
what they do and will teach you the importance
of doing strength and resistance training in your
weekly fitness routine.
THURSDAY CLASS WILL NEED TO BRING
YOUR OWN WEIGHTS IF YOU HAVE THEM.
